The fat ones were the first to go.

Post 2 and I'm already running out of "clever" titles for my "build". Haha see what I did there?

Anyway. Despite a lack of proper running shoes I've decided to switch to doing 20 mins a day on the treadmill. Nice pace for now. Fast enough I get to jog but not so fast that I get runners cramp in 5 mins.
This is followed by an additional 20-30 mins on the Eliptical machine and 10 mins on the bike.

Time on the treadmill will increase when my legs dont get so tight that I almost fall off. FUCK I'M OUT OF SHAPE.

Anyway.

I don't flex. Maybe I should start doing a photo with flexing so I can see results from the actual lifting.

Rule #1: Cardio

With the increased chance of the zombie apocalypse [H1N1 Vaccine],
I've decided it's time to get back in shape.
I have limited time and a lack of dieting skills.
Soooo...

Daily intake consists of:
[Breakfast] PB&J and a Banana.
[Lunch] 2x $1 Chicken crisps from BK hold the mayo /or/ a powerbar
[Dinner] Bowl of cereal (Great Grains or Banana nut Crunch)

Routine is 5min warmup on an elliptical machine followed by
5 mins of stretching.
another 20-40mins cardio on the same machine.
Lifting routine
Focusing on two body parts a day
and finishing with ABS.
