Plateau.
Weight isn't dropping [not a terrible thing] I think its because I'm cutting fat
and still bulking.
So mass gained is about equal to what Im losing. Sitting at a steady 203lbs right now [for the past 2 weeks].
I've began a VERY simple work out from All Pro on BB.com forums.

3 day lifting
10 min cardio before 10 min after.
days off I do 20 min cardio then abs and wrist/forearms followed by another 15 min cardio.
1st week has been nice.
