I should

buy a laptop so my posts are more consistent.

I've decided to start cutting weight. I need to be at 189 to make weight for the air force/ air reserves.
Too easy.

Multi vitamin
Body flush
Lipo 6x
3 eggs for breakfast
3 lean shakes and 2 pieces of bread for remaining meals.
~ 950 calories a day. I still do my daily routine for cardio, will try to amp it
up but Im worried about energy levels.

My roomates think theres something wrong with me.

Not so bad really

My "diet".
3 eggs, pepper, diced fresh green peppers and some deli turkey meat tossed in for good measure.



I am very happy with my results after getting on protein I have no idea why I've never taken it regularly before...
